Native Trail: He's hugely impressive. And so are his foals...

Breeders ‘delighted’ with first offspring by Champion two-year-old and Classic winner

The first foals by Native Trail are now arriving and have been quick to impress breeders who sent mares to the outstanding Champion and Classic winner during his first season at stud.

His first reported foal was a colt out of Bourbonesque, a half-sister to G1 winner Aqlaam. Felix Lepeudry of Elevage de Tourgeville said. “We are delighted with our Native Trail foal. The sire has certainly added some strength.”

Next to arrive was “a lovely filly" out of proven Black Type producer Dealer's Choice. Jon Shack was pleased enough to comment, “all being well we’ll go back to Native Trail.”
