All individuals wishing to attend our Dalham Hall Stud site must complete this form before arrival.
If you are attending one of our stallion shows during the December sales, we ask that you confirm the details of your visit. Please note, as the Saturday will be very busy, you might prefer to join us another day in order to make the most of your experience.
Visitors must continue to play their part in helping to minimise the risk of spreading Covid-19, so please do not come to the stud if you feel unwell. Please adhere to 2m social distancing where possible, wash your hands or sanitise them frequently, and let us know immediately if you start to feel unwell.
