Without A Fight wins third Stakes race at York

Teofilo's son easily lands G3 Silver Cup Stakes

Without A Fight, an improving son of Teofilo, added another Stakes race to his record in just four weeks when he returned to York to land the G3 Silver Cup Stakes on Saturday, 9 July.

The Simon and Ed Crisford-trained five-year-old, travelled well throughout the fourteen-furlong race before going on to win by a comfortable three-and-a-half lengths under jockey Andrea Atzeni. Without A Fight is now the winner of three Stakes races, including the Grand Cup Stakes at York last month.

Owned and bred by Sheikh Mohammed Obaid Al Maktoum, Without A Fight is out of the Dubawi G3-winning mare, Khor Sheed.

Teofilo has sired 107 Stakes winners worldwide, with 22 of those winning at the highest level. He has sired seven Stakes winners in 2022 including Group winners Character and Honeycreeper. Teofilo will be available to cover in the southern hemisphere later this year.
