The winners keep coming for Harry Angel

Bonny Angel gets up late at Leicester

First crop sire Harry Angel notched a new winner on Thursday 18 August when his juvenile daughter Bonny Angel struck at Leicester. Trained by Harry Angel’s trainer Clive Cox, Bonny Angel was winning at the fourth attempt when getting up late to win going away by a neck.

Owned and bred by Peter Ridgers, Bonny Angel is the second foal of the winning mare Timeless Gift, who is a half-sister G2 winner Balthazaar’s Gift.

Harry Angel has now sired 11 winners including Stakes performer Vicious Harry and the highly rated unbeaten colt Marshman, a leading fancy in the G2 Gimcrack Stakes at York on Friday.
