Teofilo colt lands Feilden

Mildenberger victorious on three-year-old debut at Newmarket

Teofilo’s three-year-old son Mildenberger won his second career Stakes on 17 April in the Listed Feilden Stakes at Newmarket.

The Feilden was his fourth win in six career starts which also include a victory in the Listed Stonehenge Stakes at Salisbury last August.  He was twice G2-placed as a two-year-old, finishing third in both the G2 Vintage Stakes at Goodwood and the G2 Royal Lodge Stakes at Newmarket.

Bred by Godolphin, Mildenberger is out of the winning Dubawi mare Belle Josephine, a half-sister to multiple Stakes winner Marsh Daisy and a granddaughter of Prix l’Opera winner Bella Colora.

Teofilo is the sire of 14 G1 winners including three-time G1 winner Happy Clapper, Irish Derby hero Trading Leather, Irish Guineas winner Pleascach, and Prix Jean Romanet winner Ajman Princess.

Teofilo stands at Kildangan Stud at a fee of €40,000, Oct 1, SLF.
