Open days at Dalham Hall Stud

Another chance to view the UK-based Darley stallions this week

Coinciding with the Tattersalls February Sale, Dalham Hall Stud will once again open its doors to breeders on Thursday, 31 January and Friday, 1 February.

The stallions will be available to view from 11.30am to 3pm each day, and no appointment is necessary.

Night Of Thunder (pictured), whose first crop of two-year-olds will be making their racecourse debut this year, will be on show, together with his paternal half-brother and four-time G1 winner Postponed. Their sire, the great Dubawi, will also be parading.

Having safely returned from the southern hemisphere, Brazen Beau, Iffraaj (whose yearlings have sold at Karaka in New Zealand this week for up to NZ$420,000) and Territories will also be available to view. Brazen Beau has made an outstanding start with his first Australian runners and is currently responsible for two of the three horses most favoured to win the G1 Golden Slipper.

New to Dalham Hall Stud for 2019 are world Champions Cracksman and Harry Angel, plus outstanding Eclipse winner Hawkbill.

Charming Thought, Farhh, Golden Horn, New Approach and Outstrip complete the lineup.

A shuttle service will be available from Tattersalls, please contact the nominations team or go to the Darley pavilion at Park Paddocks for more information.
