Malika Moon becomes winner number 20 for Epaulette

Two-year-old filly cruises to four-length maiden victory

First-season sire Epaulette added a 20th individual winner to his record on Tuesday, 14 November when his daughter Malika Moon ran out the impressive winner of the one-mile maiden in Rome.

Melika Moon was bred in Ireland by Michael Joyce and becomes the fourth winner out of She Runs, herself a half-sister to Black Type winner Troque.

Epaulette is also sire of Group-placed colt McMunigal plus Listed St Hugh’s Stakes second Sankari Royale. He stands at Kildangan Stud at a fee of €7,000 Oct 1, Special Live Foal.
