Harry Angel sired his fourth new winner of the week when Iconic Moment made a promising start to his career with victory over seven furlongs at Chelmsford on Saturday, 22 October.

Owned by Sultan Ali, the the two-year-old colt, who is trained by James Tate, was slowly away and settled three lengths of the way down the field, always travelling well under Tom Queally he came with a run down the centre of the track to hit the front inside the final furlong and although he swerved slightly he held on to win by three-quarters of a length.

Bred by Ennistown Stud, Iconic Moment is the first foal out of the unraced Iffraaj mare, Purplest, herself a half-sister to Group-performer Taajub. She has a yearling filly by Night Of Thunder.
