Haras du Logis open its doors

Haras du Logis will shortly be opening its doors to breeders, with all stallions availavble to view on 2 and 3 February (to coincide with La Route des Etalons), between 10.30am and 4pm. No appointment is necessary.

New for 2013 is French Champion juvenile Rio de la Plata (pictured), who was Classic placed and recorded three G1 victories and a further six G1 places during his impressive career.

Standing in France for the first time this year is Manduro, who has recorded five Black type performers in France to date including G1 colts Bonfire and Mandaean. In 2012 his son Fractional recorded four wins and one third (in the G2 Prix Eugene Adam), rounding off his season with victory in the G3 Prix Quincey.

Also available to view are Slickly (leading earner in France since 2009), Creachadoir (whose first runners are due to hit the racecourse this year), and Alexandros.
