First Black Type victory for Aramram

Son of Blue Point wins the Listed Cammidge Trophy

Aramram, a five-year-old son of Blue Point, recorded a first Stakes success when winning the Listed Cammidge Trophy on Saturday, 28 March. Run over six furlongs at Doncaster, he swept to the front inside the final furlong to win going away by a length.

Owned and bred by Ziad A. Galadari, Aramram is a son of the multiple winning Exceed And Excel mare Queen’s Pearl, who has produced four winners including the highly rated Al Arbeed (Night Of Thunder).

Aramram becomes Blue Point’s 17th Stakes winner from his impressive first crop that also includes Rosallion, Kind Of Blue and Big Evs. Amongst all European stallions from their 2021 crops, only Dubawi and Night Of Thunder have sired more.

Blue Point is standing this season at a fee of €100,000.
