Chaud, a two-year-old daughter of Too Darn Hot, remained unbeaten on Sunday, 25 October when winning the Listed Youngster Fillies’ Cup. Run over 1400m at Hannover, she battled gamely to win by over two lengths.
This was her second success in as many starts after a debut victory over the same course and distance in September.
Owned and bred by Gestut Brummerhof, Chaud is a daughter of the multiple Stakes-winning mare Celebrity (Shamardal), who hails from the family of G1 winners Sirius, Calif and Sanagas.
Too Darn Hot has now sired 40 individual Stakes winners including 15 that have struck at that level in 2026. This season he has sired five G1 winners through Hotazhell, Native Approach, Title Role, Glacius and Tropicus.
