Song Of The Clouds looks a high-class prospect after leading home stablemate and fellow Night Of Thunder filly Silver Lake in the 10-furlong G3 Pride Stakes at Newmarket.
The William Haggas-trained three-year-olds were spread across the track in the closing stages, with Song Of The Clouds prevailing by a head as the front two pulled more than four lengths clear.

Arriving on the back of two easy novice wins at Redcar and Windsor, Song Of The Clouds is the sixth foal out of Listed-winning mare Token Of Love, a daughter of Cape Cross who has also produced G3 scorer Mighty Ulysses.
Reigning Champion Sire Night Of Thunder is enjoying another superb year, with six G1 winners including last weekend’s Prix de l’Opera heroine Miss Scott.
