New Stakes winner for Fast Company

Two-year-old filly Spectralight wins the Listed Criterium Varesino over 1500m in Italy

Fast Company sired a new Stakes winner on Saturday, 4 August when his juvenile daughter Spectralight landed the Listed Criterium Varesino in Italy. Run over 1500m, she was winning her second career race when scoring by half-a-length at Varese.

Bred by Razza del Velino, she is a daughter of the Cape Cross mare Bagnolese and a half-sister to two Stakes winners in Dagda More and Girl Of The Rain.

Spectralight is one of three Juvenile winners sired by Fast Company this season, the three of which have combined for nine total victories. He has now sired 15 Stakes winners including Classic winner Jet Setting, start Chilean performer Robert Bruce and Royal Ascot G2-winning juvenile Baitha Alga.
