New impressive winner for Brazen Beau

Romero impresses on debut at Doncaster

Brazen Beau, who has made a great start with his first European runners, sired winner number four on Saturday, 18 May when Romero made a winning debut at Doncaster. Slowly away from the stalls, he always travelled sweetly on the bridle and when asked to quicken in the final two furlongs, showed a devastating turn of pace to win going away by one and a half lengths.

Bred by Deveron Limited, Romero is a half-brother to five winners including the Group-winning juvenile filly Love Lockdown. His dam, the Sadler’s Wells mare Out Of Thanks hails from the extended family of Free Eagle.

High-class sprinter Brazen Beau’s four winners also includes debutant scorers Proper Beau and Avengers Queen, both of whom have Stakes entries over the coming week.
