Morgan Le Faye strikes again at Longchamp

Daughter of Shamardal easily lands the G3 Prix Allez France

Morgan Le Faye, an improving daughter of Shamardal, won her second race of the season on Sunday, 28 April, when easily landing the G3 Prix Allez France. Coming into the race on the back of a victory in the Listed Prix Zarkava, she cruised through the race under jockey Mickael Barzalona to win very easily by two lengths.

Bred by Dieter Burkle and a €350,000 yearling, Morgan Le Faye is the best performer to be bred from the G1 Prix du Cadran heroine Molly Malone.

Shamardal has now sired five Group winners this season, with the highlight the top sprinter Blue Point, who won the G1 Al Quoz Sprint at Meydan. He also has a trio of Group winning three-year-olds including Craven Stakes hero Skardu.
