Lazzat remains unbeaten in France

Son of Territories wins the G3 Prix Paul de Moussac

Lazzat, a three-year-old son of Territories, continued his unbeaten run on Sunday, 9 June when landing the G3 Prix Paul de Moussac. Run over 1400m at ParisLongchamp, he tracked his pacemaker in the early stages of the race before taking the lead at the head of straight and repelling all challengers.

Unraced as a juvenile, Lazzat is unbeaten in five career starts including facile victories in the G3 Prix Djebel and Listed Prix de la Californie.

Owned and bred by Nurlan Bizakov, Lazzat is the first foal out of the winning Australia mare, Lastochka, whose dam, Lashyn, is the daughter of G1 1,000 Guineas heroine, Sleepytime.

Territories is the sire of 35 Stakes performers including two-time G1-winner Rougir and 2023 Haydock Park Sprint Cup hero Regional, who heads to Royal Ascot later this month bidding to double his G1 tally.
