Darley’s Kildangan Stud will open its doors on Friday 22 January, where breeders will have the opportunity to view their eight stallions between 11am and 3pm.
New to Kildangan for this year is the multiple Group winner and record breaker, Echo Of Light (pictured). This will be the third season at stud for the son of Dubai Millennium, who is from the family of Marju.
Echo Of Light will be joined by the best horse in the world in 2007 – Manduro, who returns to Kildangan after standing at Dalham Hall Stud in Newmarket last year. His first foals were extremely well-received at the sales, selling for up to €330,000.
Also available to view will be Europe’s leading sire of 2009 - Cape Cross, first-season sire Iffraaj, Kheleyf, Raven’s Pass, last year’s champion first-season sire Shamardal, and Teofilo.
