First Stakes victory for Aloa

Daughter of Cracksman wins the Listed Premio Coolmore

First-crop sire Cracksman sired his second Stakes winner on Saturday, 1 October when his juvenile daughter Aloa easily landed the Premio Coolmore. Run over 1500m at Milan in Italy, Aloa won by just over a length and has now won three of her four career starts.

Bred by W & R Barnett and a 47,000gns yearling last year, Aloa is a daughter of the winning Lawman mare Amber Silk, a full-sister to Classic winner Just The Judge.

Dual European Champion Cracksman has sired ten individual winners from his first crop. They include Stakes winning filly Dance In The Grass, the Listed-placed Crackovia, and the highly rated winners Madly Truly, Ndaawi, Rich and Miss Dynamic
