Darley stallions on parade at Haras du Logis

France’s current leading sire Slickly heads lineup at open days on 18 and 19 February

Haras du Logis, home to Darley stallions Country Reel, Layman, Slickly and Sulamani, will be opening its doors to breeders on 18 and 19 February.

Heading the parade will be Slickly, currently the leading stallion standing in France by winners’ prizemoney. The multiple G1-winning son of Linamix enjoyed an outstanding day at Cagnes-sur-Mer last weekend when his sons Gris Tendre and Gris de Gris took both Black type races on the card, landing the Prix de la Californie and Grand Prix de la Riviera Cote d’Azur respectively.

Also available to view will be Anabaa’s three-parts brother Country Reel; Layman, whose first foals are now on the ground; and six-time G1 winner Sulamani, whose first crop are due to hit the track this season having sold for up to €80,000 as yearlings last year.

The stud will be open on Monday 18 February from 10am to 4pm and on Tuesday 19 February from 9am to 12 noon. For further information please contact Julian Ince on +33 (0)2 33 36 21 20.
