Son of Exceed And Excel impresses at Epsom
Zamjar broke his maiden well at Epsom, triumphing by two and a half lengths over his nearest rival in the seven furlong contest on Thursday 7th July.
Trained by Ed Dunlop, the colt was a 110,000gns purchase from Book 1 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale. He hails from a top-class speed family, being out of the winning Dubawi mare Cloud's End who is a half-sister to both the G1 Cheveley Park Stakes heroine Airwave and to Jwala, who landed the 2013 G1 Nunthorpe Stakes.
