Manduro colt maintains unbeaten record at Longchamp
Ultra, a two-year-old son of Manduro">Manduro, made it two from two when scoring by three-quarters of a length at Longchamp on September 9th. Andre Fabre's charge made a winning debut at Clairfontaine in July, and followed up in a conditions contest over one mile at Longchamp. Ultra holds an entry for the G1 Prix Jean-Luc Lagadere back at Longchamp on Arc day on October 4th.
Ultra is out of the Nashwan mare Epitome, who has produced six other winners to date, most notably Synopsis (In The Wings), a G3 winner in France, and another Stakes performer in Epic Similie (Lomitas), who is now dam of the G2-placed Figure Of Speech.
