Son of Manduro cruises to victory on his debut at Chantilly

H.H. The Aga Khan has some very promising Darley-sired juveniles and on 21 September Takadiyr (Manduro">Manduro) made a very encouraging winning debut at Chantilly. Sent to the front from the off against five fellow debutants, he cruised clear in the straight under a hand ride to record a three-and-a-half length victory.

He is the third winner bred out of the winning Rainbow Quest mare Takaniya, who is a half-sister to four Stakes winners including Tanoura, dam of this season's Group winners Taniyar (Shamardal">Shamardal) and Tanaza (Dubawi">Dubawi, who appears below in this blog)
