Seniority

Well-bred Dubawi colt gets off to a winning start

Running in the colours of Her Majesty The Queen, Seniority made a good impression on his winning debut at Newmarket, quickening well in the final sprint for the line. Although the seven furlong maiden only attracted a field of four runners, it has been won in the past by some good types including Godolphin's G2 Champagne Stakes victor Emotionless.

Seniority's dam Anna Palariva has already produced eight winners, including Seniority's full-sister Anna Salai, who landed the G3 Prix de la Grotte before finishing second by a head in the Irish 1,000 Guineas, and full-brother Anglophile who won seven times. Anna Palariva has also produced two Listed winners in Advice, who scored four times in Listed company, and Iguazu Falls who won the Listed Surrey Stakes at Epsom.
