Miss Dixie's Authorized colt, bred by Recep Demirsoy, was foaled three days ago and is enjoying some time in the paddock with his dam!
Miss Dixie (Bertolini), already the dam of a winner in Italy, is a half-sister to Kiralik, a Listed winner at two in River Belle who won the G3 Princess Margaret on her second start at two and then went on to claim the G2 Mrs Revere Stakes in the US at three as well as being G1-placed. River Belle is now the dam of two Stakes winners - Siyaadah (Shamardal) who won the UAE 1,000 Guineas, and Strathnaver who won the G3 Bewitch Stakes and emulated her dam by being G1-placed in the US.
