Colt cruises to four-and-a-half-length victory in France to become the latest winner for his first-season sire

Dawn Approach has been enjoying a successful spell of late, and on 20 August he added a sixth winner to his record in fine style as his son Al Modajal won by four and a half lengths over six and a half furlongs at Le Touquet in France.

He is out of the winning Kingmambo mare Bush Cat, also dam of G3-placed Meerkat and a further three winners.

On the same day, Dawn Approach's promising daughter Mary Tudor added her first Black type when third in the G2 Debuntante Stakes at the Curragh.
