Owned and bred by the Aga Khan Studs, Samangan is a daughter of the winning Oasis Dream mare Samadrisa, who has produced two previous winners including the Listed scorer Simeen.
Samangan hails from the third crop of Blue Point, and he has already cemented himself as one of Europe’s premier sprint stallions. From his first crop, he sired G1-winning sprinters Big Evs and Kind Of Blue, as well as Classic hero Rosallion, and from his second the three-time Group-winning sprinter Sky Majesty and G1-filly Rayevka.
