First Stakes win for daughter of Teofilo

Livia's Dream takes the Listed Wild Flower Stakes at Kempton

Teofilo sired a new Stakes winner on Wednesday November 26 when his daughter Livia's Dream ran out the game winner of the Listed Wild Flower Stakes. Always close to the pace in the mile-and-a-half contest, she took up the running at the top of the straight, running all the way to the line to record a one-and-a-quarter length triumph.

Bred by Mount Coote Stud and M H Dixon, Livia's Dream is one of four winners bred out of the Stakes-winning mare Brindisi, a granddaughter of G3w Yawl who is from the family of Oaks heroine Talent (New Approach).

Livia's Dream becomes Teofilo's 32nd individual Stakes winner with his six top-flight scorers including Classic winners Trading Leather and Voleuse de Coeurs and G1 winning juveniles Parish Hall and Loch Garman. Teofilo will be standing in 2015 at Kildangan Stud for a fee of €50,000 Oct 1st, SLF.
