Three-year-old filly Town And Country became a new Stakes winner for her sire Earthlight with a thrilling victory in the Listed Scurry Stakes over 5F at Sandown on Saturday, 14 June.
Trained by Henry De Bromhead, Town And Country was trapped down the inside behind a wall of horses with a furlong to run, and flew home when she saw daylight to collar the leaders, winning by a short head at the line.
