Filly gets her sire's sale off to flying start
Lot 15, consigned by Pier House Stud, got things off to a flying start for first-crop sire Helmet, selling for €150,000 to BBA Ireland. As well as being the highest-price achieved to date in Europe by the young sire, the filly's price tag represents a staggering return of 15 times Helmet' stud fee.
