New Stakes winner for Raven’s Pass
Greg Pass remains unbeaten with Listed victory in Italy
Three-year-old colt Greg Pass (Raven's Pass) swiftly stepped up in class from his successful racecourse debut last month, landing the Listed Premio Emanuele Filiberto on 25 April.
He took the ten-furlong contest by half a length to maintain his perfect record and a further step up in trip could now be on the cards for this useful colt.
Greg Pass is out of the Italian Guineas third Baranja, whose half-sister Radiant Energy is dam of Exceed And Excel’s Group-winning daughter Electric Waves.
Raven’s Pass, who stands at Kildangan Stud at a fee of €20,000 October 1st SLF, is sire of 17 Black type performers to date including record-breaking duo Steeler and Malabar.
