Bici Bici wins the Listed Queen Elizabeth II Cup in Turkey

Authorized sired a new Stakes winner on Saturday September 20 when his juvenile daughter Bici Bici ran out the ready winner of the Listed (a local G2) Queen Elizabeth II Cup at Ankara in Turkey. Making her sixth career start, she has now won four races with a second and third (both of which were in Stakes races).

Bred by Dicle Kim.Dep.Paz.Nak out of Bellini Rose (who was bought in foal to Authorized at Goffs in 2011), who is a winning daughter of Bertolini and a daughter of G2-winner Prospectress.

Bici Bici is one of 18 Stakes horses sired by Authorized in 2014 including Group fillies Ambivalent, Daksha, Seal Of Approval, We'll Go Walking and Lacy. His colts are headed by Hartnell and the Japanese-trained colt Bande, an entrant in the Melbourne Cup later this season.
