Casamento sired his third new winner in June when his daughter Stamp Collecting was victorious over 1400m in Italy. Making her third career start after two places over the same course and distance, she was sent to the front from the start and held off the late challenge of Aethos, with the pair clear of the third.
Bred by J Malone, Stamp Collecting is a daughter of the Elusive Quality mare Almatlaie, a full sister to the Stakes winner Nasij. Almatlaie also has yearling sister to Stamp Collecting.
Casamento, the winner of the G1 Racing Post Trophy, has now sired four winners including Thursday’s Leopardstown scorer Pandagreen, the very highly-rated Barrington and the Italian winner Silver Casina.
