Frankenstein makes it four

Son of Dubawi records his fourth Black type win

Dubawi, who recently became the first European sire to reach the £1 million mark in northern hemisphere earnings this year, recorded another 2012 Stakes winner when his son Frankenstein landed the Listed Premio Regione Toscana in Pisa.

Taking the 11-furlong contest by two and a half lengths, the five-year-old entire chalked up his fourth victory at Black type level and his eighth career win. He has been placed on a further ten occasions.

Bred by Azienda Agricola Rosati Colarieti, Frankenstein is out of the Listed winner Lifting, also dam of fellow Stakes performers Arneb and Lift Cape (Cape Cross).

Dubawi, who stands at Dalham Hall Stud, is sire of no fewer than seven G1 winners and a further 15 Group winners. This year he is also sire of Meydan G3 winner Fox Hunt and Stakes-winning duo Luck Or Design and Mickdaam.
