Brazilian G1 winner for Manduro

Braco Forte wins the Grande Premio Jockey Club Brasileiro

Manduro's first Southern Hemisphere crop are only two-year-olds but he already has a G1 winner after his son Braco Forte ran out the easy winner of the Grande Premio Jockey Club Brasileiro. Run over a mile at Gavea, he was never far off the pace, and challenging at the top of the straight, he soon asserted to run out the very easy winner.

Bred by Stud Eternamente Rio, Braco Forte is the first winner bred out of the First American mare Municiadora, a half-sister to Brazilian G1 winner Do Canada.

Manduro has also sired this year fellow Stakes winners True Story, Greatwood and Techno Queen, who has won her last three starts including the Listed Preis der Baden-Badener at the start of this month.
